Delayed or real-time: what's the difference for us?
Standard widgets show data delayed 15–20 minutes, which needs no exchange agreements on your side. Real-time is available on request; sales will walk you through the licensing.
Can we use our own design?
Yes. Apply your design system (colours, fonts, logo, column sets, default symbols) or have our team design the widgets for you.
Do the widgets work on mobile?
Yes. They are responsive and adapt to the width of the container you place them in.
Are there traffic limits?
No. There are no traffic caps on the widgets. Expected traffic is one of the inputs to your quote.
How fast is the data?
Intraday values follow your data level: 15–20-minute delayed by default, real-time if you license it. Widgets update automatically.
What about support and SLA?
An SLA with support from our team is available as part of your contract. We host and monitor the widgets, so there is nothing for you to maintain.
